We are a light engineering team that loves building high-value products to our customers efficiently and through rapid iteration. We don't believe in large bloated teams and we hold every engineer we hire to a high standard because we know how much fun it is to work with an incredibly smart and motivated team.
As we shift away from using contractors and towards building out a full-time team, we need to keep the bar high. We're looking for people that can be both hackers and product people, effectively translating our business strategy into technology that can get it done.
Our tech stack is primarily PHP (Laravel) with Vue JS.
A lot of the technical challenges we face come from solving human problems, not tech problems.
Our largest technical challenges are making complex processes very simple for our customers. Similar to how Apple made it second nature to humans to use a computer, we want to made it as easy as intuitive for our customers to use healthcare products. We are deeply focused on the customer, trying to limit the number of decisions a customer has to make, and thinking very deeply about how a customer thinks while using our product.
