Projects you might work on
  • Designing and implementing new services in our architecture to create new features for platform, the company is less than two years old and we have a full roadmap ahead of us.

  • Develop our Elasticsearch platform, introducing user personalization for recommendations on events based on onboarding interests, browsing behaviour and previous bookings.

  • Begin our first ML project, using our user dataset of competition and training activity to predict finishing times for future events for our users.

We value a scrappy and resourceful approach, with an emphasis on moving quickly. Getting something done quickly is much better than getting it done perfectly.

Honest and open communication is encouraged, as is asking for help when you could use it. Going out of your way to find solutions to problems (particularly those faced by others) is essential.

    We give everyone a $650 annual allowance to enter races and events, and we subsidise gym memberships. We also get given our fair share of free event entries by our partners, and often enter events as a team (optional, but great fun!)

    We have offices (with product teams) in London and San Francisco (we also have an office in Sydney, but no product team there yet) - and are highly flexible with employees moving between offices.

    We love getting out as a team whether running, cycling, or going out for a beer after work. Most of us have recently moved across from London, and so are doing out best to explore the trails, roads, and slopes within striking distance of the Bay Area at the weekend.

    We ofer a convenient payroll deductible 401(K) plan through Guideline. The plan involves zero AUM fees, offers 6 managed portfolio options and 30 different mutual funds. Employees are automatically enrolled at a rate of 6% of their salary, but can amend their investment as they so wish.
