Engineering team and processes

You'll be the first full-time member of our engineering team (other than our CEO), with autonomy to develop processes that fit your workflow and adopt tools that you find to best suit the job at hand.

Technical Challenges

In 2020, we built the first version of our live-tracking system for First-Class letters. In 2021, we're working to make better use of the millions of data points we receive from USPS to provide our customers with more transparent information on their letters, and our operations team with better aggregate data on the status of mailings once they leave our doors.

Projects you might work on
  • You would get to work on a new optimized checkout flow that adapts itself to the personalities of each of our brands, and guides customers through the intricacies of a mail-based product. You would also get to work on the referral, gamification, & retention tools integrated with that flow.

  • You would help redesign the interface of our customer support & fulfillment tools to better fit their purpose, and to design useful data dashboards in which members of the team can track individual KPIs.

  • You might work on process automation, automated quality assurance, & programmatic marketing tools.
