Role Description

We are seeking an experienced iOS developer to help build the frontend functionalities of our native iOS application and contribute to delivering the lightbeam vision. Responsibilities for the role involve creating new platform capabilities, improving current features, architecting cleaner code and squashing bugs across the iOS platform. Above all, we are interested in speaking with any passionate individual that codes with a purpose!

Preferred Qualifications - Deep knowledge of Swift - Comfortable working with agility and independence on a small team - Experience developing production-level code for a nascent project, and seeing new features through from conception through completion - Networking/communications knowledge is a plus, as video and messaging are central functions - Experience with backend technology that supports a real-time communication service, especially either Google Cloud or AWS - BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering from a top school is preferred; However, we give primacy to project/work experience.
