Engineering at Lighthouse

Engineering team and processes

We have a scrum process. Each 2 weeks, our team assigns cards. We have daily standups to track progress. Our engineering team consists of 4 full-time contractors and 4 part-time contractors. We have a scrum master from ops, a PM, and a product owner.

Technical Challenges

We are working with cutting edge technology and continue to look for the latest and greatest tools to improve performance and scalability. Our big tech challenges involve challenging data models and workers and vital analytics. We are also looking to make breakthroughs on every feature that exists elsewhere in the market.
