Engineering at LOOMLY
Loomly operates with a flat engineering team, structured as an Engineering Lead coordinating individual contributors. For maximum agility, we work in quarterly cycles, balancing long-term projects with short-term priorities. All projects are organized in GitHub Project boards.
The main technical challenge we are dealing with has to do with scaling infrastructure, code and processes to absorb the triple-digit growth we are experiencing. In addition to consistent refactoring of our code base, we are currently consolidating our DevOps practices.
Loomly is looking for someone to take ownership of and lead our DevOps/SRE efforts. This role will have a significant impact on the way we work as a team as well as Loomly's current and future growth.
As the Lead DevOps Engineer you'll work on a variety of projects across the stack — planning, architecting and building. You'll help to define engineering priorities and have a significant role in analyzing and setting the technologies we use at Loomly.
Loomly is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer. Loomly currently has two Senior Full-Stack Engineers (in addition to our DevOps team), making you the third member, and as such, a critical part of the team. You’ll have significant influence on the decisions we make as a team and ownership over integral projects from start to finish.
As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at Loomly, you'll work on a variety of projects across the stack — planning, diagnosing, solving and building. You’ll be shipping features to users and observing their direct impact on the business.
