Our team is committed to continually delivering innovation to our clients. We do this by deploying weekly. As a result our engineering teams run weekly sprints. The move to shorter sprints has been great for us as it keeps the stories smaller and the ceremonies are much shorter, too.
The Site Reliability Engineering team has built fantastic deployment and monitoring tools. We are always looking to make them even better.
At Lumin Digital we are committed to not throwing bodies at problems. Leadership values ideas and improvements the engineering teams come up with. One of the initiatives is an internal tool that simplifies/automates configuration and deployments. Development and Site Reliability Engineering are currently adding functionality to this tool.
