Engineering at Meld Universal Inc.

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a grooming meeting to discuss time estimates for features. After code complete, we have a testing cycle to ensure our quality never lets our customers down. At sprint end team members demo the work they've completed. Engineers typically work with the Product Manager and Designer to spec a feature, then work individually or in pairs depending on the scope. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews.

Technical Challenges

We're building an API platform where customers integrate once and can access an extensive set of services across all FinTech domains. Our platform requires hi-availability while processing hi-volume of calls with low latency.

Projects you might work on
  • You would get to work on integrations to top service providers in FinTech, initially in payments and account aggregation.

  • You would get to build out our initial Dashboard where our customers will manage their users, configure their settings, and review their transactions on our platform.

Every two weeks we have a virtual happy hour with a moderator to lead an ice breaker session.
