Memora Health has developed the most comprehensive end-to-end platform for analyzing and structuring fragmented health care data. We provide health organizations with the infrastructure required to deliver care efficiently, including automated patient scheduling, messaging, data collection, telemedicine, coding and billing optimization, and risk assessment. Memora uses NLP to transform existing hospital text and voice data into
pathways that patients automatically receive via SMS, guiding them through their care plan. By consolidating otherwise isolated data sources into products that inform, measure, and benchmark quality of care, Memora is designing the next-generation operating system for how healthcare will be delivered virtually.
By revenue and patient volume, Memora is one of the fastest growing healthcare startups in the United States. We've grown over 400% in the past year and have over 50,000 patients receiving care from our platform.
We just raised a $8M Series A led by a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley.
Memora is building something that has never been done before in healthcare. This poses several interesting engineering challenges that we give you autonomy to solve.
Our engineering team operates on two week cycles, where every team member is responsible for 1-2 notable projects. Each project is jointly led by one engineer and one product/sales-oriented team member.
Our engineering team is currently double-layered with all engineers reporting to the CTO. We have a standard agile development process.
Key engineering areas include:
- Build and maintain web application features (primarily with Node) and manage our client-facing APIs
- Work closely with physicians to make streamlined physician-facing interfaces that easily give them access to patient data
- Coordinate with our sales team to deploy and integrate with health systems
- Develop data analysis pipelines and scale a computationally intensive conversational AI and data structuring system for healthcare conversations
Design and build an interface where care providers (physicians, nurses) can model multistep conversations with patients that are sent on a schedule or on certain event triggers.
Create a utility to standardize incoming patient data from electronic health records over different feeds
Develop a patient risk assessment algorithm based on their reported metrics and conversation history
Memora has a trust-based culture. Our interview process heavily emphasizes bringing on individuals who are comfortable owning projects from day 1. Our team has a very strong work/life balance where we actively plan activities and make sure we dedicate time to decompressing.
Key metric: we are yet to have a team member voluntarily leave in over 2 years.
