Engineering at Mindset Health
At the moment, our engineering team operates on 2-week cycles. We start the cycle with a product and feature scoping meeting, where different team members (engineers, design, etc.) come together to decide on which features/bugs/improvements to focus on for the next two weeks. Then we scope them out and assign jobs. Towards the end of the cycle, we all test the product (everyone tests), then launch and monitor any issues.
Though, we want you to take control of this process. Design it in the most effective way. Own it.
- We're building a React Native framework that supports the creation of multiple apps/products based on the input of content and selection of needed modules/features.
- Transitioning from iOS to React Native and keeping the high-quality native experience.
You will be building a react native modular framework that can support multiple mobile products that use different modules but built off the same framework.
You will help design a Firebase backend structure that supports multiple behavioural programs/content across Android, iOS and Web.
You will help guide the growing engineering team.

Flexible Hours
Most of our engineers are in the office from 9:30/10am until 5 or 6, but we don't have any hard rules around this. If you want to work from home a day a week, feel free! Or want to start late and finish late? Sure! We care about productivity, not hours.
