Mixmax is the future of email and external communications. Just like you use Slack to talk within your team, you use Mixmax to talk to people outside of your team. We primarily help sales and recruiting teams achieve more by automating their most common workflows and integrating with their existing toolchain - Gmail, Inbox, Salesforce, Slack, text messaging and more. At Mixmax, our mission is to do the impossible with email: to make it as rich, interactive, and developer-friendly as the web.

Engineering at Mixmax
Our engineering team operates at both team and individual levels. We meet together during the week for co-working sessions and updates. We strongly believe in ownership and constant improvement, while maintaining a safe and blameless space. There are numerous opportunities to learn and grow your skill sets on our cross-functional team. See something that needs improvement? Run it by the team and go with it!

We're still a small team so everyone owns a HUGE part of the product. You’ll be assigned a product area (eg our data analytics service) and be responsible for: brainstorming the roadmap with the entire company, building a few prototypes to show what features we can build, jumping on sales calls to learn what customers want, coming up with a technical implementation plan that the engineering team agrees on, building it, and supporting it once it's released.
