Role Description

About the role:

The Reporting & Analysis team builds tools that help answer our customer's most commonly asked questions such as, “How many users do an activity every day in my product?”, “How many users complete a specific flow in my app?”, “What are the most common paths a user takes in my app?”, “What percentage of users come back in a month after signup?”, and so on. We create great looking and easy to understand, yet comprehensive visualizations to answer these questions. We also develop functionalities like dashboards, sharing, and alerting for the data and insights our customers care about the most. Our team’s goal is to deeply understand what insights our users are trying to find and provide them with tools to make data-driven decisions and test their hypotheses. We organize in small, nimble product groups (two to five engineers in close partnership with PM and design) with huge autonomy over what we build and how we build it.
