Engineering at Monarch

Engineering team and processes

We have a team of six engineers. Everyone is full-stack, but most have an area of preference (frontend vs. backend). Our engineers span North and South America and have worked at places like Facebook, Google, Quora, Doordash, and Cruise.

We practice continuous deployment and typically, each engineer will be able to get multiple pull requests merged out to production each day.

Finally, we set the bar really high, and maybe surprisingly, that helps us offer flexibility. If we all trust that we'll get our work done at the right pace and a really high level of quality, things like hours worked, etc don't really matter.
