Engineering at MultiMedia
Our engineering team is the heart of the company. Executive leaders are developers at their core and have a passion for learning. The team is strong, smart, and productive. Plans and ideas start with product managers and stakeholders. Product managers then work with both a data team and a UI/UX team to build supporting details and outline specifics. That is passed to the engineering team and the SDLC is Develop -> Pull Request -> Reviews -> Deploy. Engineers have a voice where they can choose the best tech to complete their work as well as proposing product ideas.
