Engineering at MyTime

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team does daily standups and operates on two week sprint cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with a demo meeting where each engineer can show what they've completed. We use Pull Requests to Github to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a day.

Technical Challenges

We are developing on offline mode that allow business to access the software (scheduling and customer management) if their local internet goes down. We are also in the process of thinking how to deploy AI to provide customers unique insights that optimize their customers' digital to physical journey.
