Nativ was founded in 2018 with a mission to disrupt a stagnant software landscape in the commercial real estate (CRE) investment world using innovative proprietary technology. Launched by a team of software developers and seasoned commercial real estate (CRE) investment professionals, Nativ is transforming how investors and lenders manage their deal data to automate workflows and unlock powerful insights. Without software, the process of sourcing, closing and managing a CRE loan or acquisition through its full life cycle requires thousands of hours of manual processing and involves significant human error and missed opportunities. Our flagship product suite Atlas has been adopted by some of the largest CRE lenders and investors in the country and continues to experience rapid growth with revenue growing over 3x in 2020!
