Engineering team and processes

We have no structure. Very free formed, get some stuff done attitude is our unifying force. Everyone has their own responsibilities and we meet 3 times a week to discuss product direction and technical challenges.

Technical Challenges

Serious need for 100% application availability. If there is a service outage customers can be locked out or unable to share keys. Redundancy is baked into every technical aspect in addition to meticulous infrastructure and application monitoring. Not to mention security considerations being top of mind at every stage of the dev cycle.

Projects you might work on

Take ownership of our entire web interface. Feel free to completely start from scratch or leverage what we have currently.
Build a partner portal from scratch. In addition to owning the main application web app we have a need for a partner facing web portal to manage partner (installers) relations.
If you have node.js experience jumping on backend feature dev is more than welcomed!
