Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team is cross-functional, including members with traditional software engineering, DevOps, Data Science, and R&D expertise. Our team operates on two-week sprint cycles with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, daily sandbox (optional, as needed), and retros. All of our engineers have the opportunity to write and push code, with deployments occurring on a daily basis.

Technical Challenges

Deploying machine learning to address the challenges of phone fraud, a problem historically addressed through static, rules-based solutions. Building infrastructure to support the ingestion and analysis of billions of phone calls annually. Providing creative technical solutions to meet the logistical and infosec needs of Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 financial services institutions for integrations.

Projects you might work on
  • Migrating our entire infrastructure to a serverless environment.

  • Transitioning multiple financial services institutions from a single-tenant stack to a multi-tenant stack with no interruption in service.

  • Deploying a dynamic machine learning engine to replace a static rules-based analysis engine.
