Engineering at NexTravel
We implement the right amount of SCRUM to balance between process and moving fast. We follow one-week sprint cycles to keep projects small and deployment nimble. We do daily standups to keep everybody in sync and regular 1:1s to give everyone a chance to share their great ideas. Every person on the team participates and contributes in the product planning and discussions. You'll have full feature ownership of critical components of the product and get the opportunity to build entire products from scratch.
