Engineering team and processes

We're a data-driven engineering team. We help engineers understand how they're performing and where they can improve by setting metrics across the engineering org. We use GitPrime to track these metrics, and have monthly 1-on-1s to provide proactive feedback so there are no annual shocking performance reviews. Here are our goal posts:

For actual processes, we use our daily stand ups purely to remove blockers, and have 2-week sprints that begin with planning poker. Here is a more detailed document of our release processes:

Technical Challenges

Building low latency pipelines to ingest messaging data in real time across integrations [i.e. Gmail, Slack], prioritizing messages using ML, building beautiful workflow UI.

Projects you might work on

You would get to work on our sync architecture that captures millions of messages from distributed source apps in milliseconds.
You would work on predicting which customers are likely to renew based on proprietary signals.
You would work on building cross-platform search for all of Slack, Gmail, Salesforce at once.
