We have a global technology practice head. Individual country tech practice leads roll up to this person. Individual countries have managers that manage the team members, but overall the teams are self-managed when they are working on projects. We follow Agile scrum as our SDLC.
The technical challenges are in working with disparate technologies and creating solutions for our retail commerce customer. Sometimes it is getting the right design, sometimes it is the integration. If you're up to all kinds of technical challenges (from javascript to db to java to AWS etc), you'll face many of them here.
Help one of our B2C fashion retail customer modernize their technology platforms to realize their digital vision. Our digital experience team comes up with very unique designs that need to be made functional based on existing tools. However, sometimes, the tools do not exist and we need to build tools. In the end the customer needs to launch on a platform that makes their dreams and their customers' experience shine.
Work with our B2B manufacturer in building their digital platform for helping their B2B buyers to navigate complex rules and order the products they want. If you're in for complexity, it can't get better than B2B. There are products, pricing, pricing rules, quotes, workflow, orders etc. Finally, when launched our customers can spend their valuable time servicing their toughest problems.
