Role Description

We are seeking a Bioinformatician / Computational Biologist with experience in machine learning, mining and analyzing large, diverse datasets as well as systems biology. The candidate will be integrating large amounts of structured data (e.g. -omics and patient-derived data) into knowledge graphs, perform network analyses and support the expansion of our Natural Language Processing pipeline. The candidate will have the unique opportunity to be interacting with cutting-edge neuroscience as well as machine learning methods, requiring adaptability and creative thinking.
