Engineering team and processes

We operate with a small team of full-stack engineers and a Senior Designer and a co-founder who runs Product. Our process is running weekly sprints, with a preview on Friday and planning on Monday. During the week we have 1-2 meetings to talk about long term projects and architecture decisions.

Technical Challenges

We're building software to automate a currently completely manual purchasing process (done through email, Whatsapp, and PDFs) between buyers and local stores (think a B2B Uber Eats for one of the largest retail markets).

This involves B2B bulk purchasing (RFQ), automated quotes, store inventory, product separation, logistics, delivery, among others.
