We have a very lean engineering team of 4, each one having high ownership and handling multiple backend and frontend services using efficient modern open source (♥) technologies. We work on 1 week sprint cycles and plan OKRs on quarterly basis. For us tech and product development go hand in hand and every engineers is part of product discussions from day 1
