Our cloud engineering teams work alongside customer engineers to design and deliver cloud-native platforms based on Kubernetes and Serverless technologies. Teams are formed on a project basis and consist of a technical Principal Consultant to handle project governance, a Solutions Architect, to provide specialized technical expertise, and one or more Cloud Engineers responsible for implementation and productization. Projects typically follow either a Scrum or Kan-ban methodology with one- or two-week sprints.
As cloud-native and data analytics specialists, we are most often working with customers and technologies on the leading edge of the industry. OpsGuru engineers are responsible for designing and implementing the platforms and pipelines our customers will use to modernize the application stack. This includes designing containerization processes and CICD pipelines that leverage GitOps for deploying to Kubernetes, as well as building MLOps practices and pipelines in Hybrid Multi-Cloud environments.
Work with customers to modernize their existing applications to comply with twelve-factor design principles and run across clouds in Kubernetes. Design and implement automated workflows for deploying infrastructure and applications to cloud-native platforms, using a combination of Infrastructure as Code and scripting languages.
Design and implement data lakes and data processing pipelines using a combination of Open Source Software and cloud data services. Our customers operate at massive scales and require solutions that are both performant and cost-effective. Balancing those needs requires multi-disciplinary skills across data-engineering, systems design, and cloud architecture.
Operationalizing ML pipelines to streamline model training and increase reliability for data science teams. Many of our customers leverage in-house machine learning capabilities but have grown their pipelines organically. This results in unreliable data ingestion and model training pipelines whose outcomes cannot be versioned or reproduced accurately. Our engineers lead the re-architecting of these systems to support proper SRE practices, increase visibility, and provide reproducibility.
