There are 22M+ Americans who suffer from treatment-resistant mental health conditions, meaning they’ve failed two or more conventional treatments. Our mission is to further innovative mental treatments (ranging from FDA-approved psychedelic medicine to neuromodulation) for those who are suffering the most. We do this by empowering providers, improving patient care, and accelerating research. Our electronic medical records software is used by mental health doctors and their patients. We analyze the data to help the doctors deliver better care and also offer insights to help research and development of new treatments that actually work.

  • All-star team passionate about transforming our mental health system. We're a group of healthcare and tech veterans (previous co-founders and CTOs of YC startups, AWS, Stanford CS/School of Medicine/ Graduate School of Business). We raised our oversubscribed seed round led by General Catalyst and a number of healthcare executives; we were in Y Combinator's summer 2020 batch. Our team is currently 8 full-time engineers and 3 non-technical people (including founders) - so we're a very engineering-heavy organization!

  • We are growing quickly and in just 6 months post-product launch already helping 25,000+ mental health patients and 140+ practices in the U.S. This is an opportunity to take a central role on our engineering team, guide our product development and process infrastructure, and shape the culture of our organization.
