Engineering at Otrya

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on short cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss the required features and time estimation, and ends with a plan on how new features will be implemented and evaluated. We use Pull Requests on Github to organize work between different members of the team and to conduct code review. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we might be doing multiple times a day.
