Role Description

Paperspace is looking for a senior engineer to design and build our cluster services using Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud orchestration APIs. You will extent Paperspace's current scalable cluster solutions and implement new services to support deep learning pipelines and machine learning development and deployment workflows.

Paperspace... - uses Kubernetes, Docker, and Apache technologies to build our Gradient and Core platform - runs on multiple cloud architectures including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure - values clean simple architectures, that are simple to use and extend - uses test-driven development, and continuous integration and deployment processes

You will bring... - experience with developing and deploying cluster computing services for large applications and thousands of users - knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices patterns, and big data software architectures - experience with Golang, Docker APIs, and containerization of services - deep design skills in distribute software stacks

It would be great if... - you had experience developing Kubernetes controllers and operators for custom services - you have implemented CI/CD stacks and services for public offerings - you have a desire to participate in and contribute to large open source projects and public APIs - you also have experience with machine learning frameworks and ml programming challenges
