The Role In this role, you’ll join a product team that is changing how our fellows (and job seekers as a whole) find their dream job. We seek to uplift job seekers in their careers and help them fulfill their hopes, ambitions, and livelihoods.
You will build and iterate on a platform that supports Pathrise fellows and mentors, ultimately driving productivity, efficiency, and efficacy in the job search. Besides writing, reviewing, and shipping code, we collaborate deeply with others across the company, from mentor teams to sales to operations. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our product team’s culture and strategy and impact thousands of job seekers in finding their dream job.
You will have ample potential to grow with opportunities to lead, manage, and hire engineers as the company continues to grow.
What You'll Be Doing - Work closely with product, design, and the CTO to build new product features from start to finish: through conception, research, implementation, and maintenance. - Improve performance and reliability, and polish existing features. - Develop internal and external tools to support productivity for our customers & internal teams. - Design and architect complex new systems, with a special focus on crafting a beautiful user experience.
