Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced engineering manager that will help us continue designing a building our Fintech system from the ground up with best-in-class tools. We are looking for leaders to build all parts of the system, from front end to microservices and deployments in pods on Kubernetes. Help manage and grow the team.
Oversee the day-to-day development work of the Engineering team, both backend APIs and web frontend.

Traditional servicers run on 20 years old software, have difficulty running complex playbooks, and are not equipped for customization on a lender or borrower basis. Peach Finance can improve repayment rate by 30% while decreasing servicing cost by 2X
