We are building out the foundation of our engineering team. We intend to keep our engineering team as flat as possible with each engineer empowered to make decisions and be accountable for their work product. We work on sprints of one or two weeks with minimal meetings to keep the team in sync. Source control is through Github and pull requests. Our core engineering values are developer trust, team collaboration, and product ownership.
We're building a developer-focused API that fronts systems for financial modeling and numerous integrations with third-party APIs.
