Our engineering team operates utilizing an agile approach. We shift as needed or based on what works best. Sometimes you will work closely with others on a project, but other times you may be running a project independently. We meet on at least a weekly basis to discuss the prior week and upcoming week. All team members are regularly available on Slack for assistance, guidance or any other need.

Our code is developed locally on a vagrant box and committed/pushed up to the repo on separate branches, which are then merged in via a Git Pull Request process.

Our technology is ever-evolving, therefore we remain open to discuss changes in tech that team members bring to the table. We don't tend to run bleeding edge with the tech, due to possible production reliability issues, but we have been constantly implementing more modern tech into our projects.

Along with developing multiple projects tackling new areas of business, we are migrating a legacy environment to a more modern system utilizing PHP and Vue.js. This migration is moving our application from being a tightly coupled MVC application (operating both front and back end) to a decoupled application where the front end and back end are built as two separate projects.
