Engineering at PMG

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team works with a typical agile structure, though our biggest difference being that the engineering team has ownership on not only how we build, but what we build as well. Developers get to spend ~75% of their time in code, with the other quarter in meetings (~15%) and research/innovation time (10%).

Technical Challenges

We are a digital agency that has a solid data-driven foundation. We are looking to utilize more complex AI and ML alongside a very large data platform to help our clients grow and scale their audience efforts.

Projects you might work on

As an employee, you'll primarily work on our Alli platform, which is designed to help bring more transparency around what data marketing campaigns and used to influence decision-making. Alli has three separate applications:

Alli Data: A large-scale data platform used to bring in all audience and campaign strategy data into a centralized place. Alli Automation: Using the data inside of Alli Data to automatically apply campaign automation to help create smarter campaigns that can react to real-time events. Alli Insights: Creating an intelligent platform that can comprehend and parse through thousands of data points to help deliver results to the end-user.

Perks & benefits

Generous Vacation

PMG has a 2 week vacation policy, and 3 weeks after the first year. We also provide every employee the last two weeks of the year off so employees can utilize their vacation throughout the rest of the year. We also provide a few Fridays throughout the year as recharge days where the office will close down. With all days off, it will add up to 5-6 weeks off throughout the year.
