PolySign
PolySign has luminaries in both the cryptocurrency and financial services spaces working to solve the biggest problem in crypto today: custody. The tech team includes Arthur Britto (founder of Ripple) and David Schwartz (Ripple’s chief cryptographer), who architected and conceptualized the initial version of the Ripple network and the XRP cryptocurrency. From the traditional financial services side are our CEO Jack McDonald (formerly CEO of Conifer Financial Services), and Tim Keaney, former vice chairman of the largest traditional custodian in the world, BNY Mellon. We are looking for other talented individuals who want to get in on the ground floor of something exciting!

Why join us?
Founders are: Ripple founder Arthur Britto and Ripple chief cryptographer David Schwartz on the tech side, financial industry veterans on business side (former vice Chairman of BNY Mellon)
Solved the security and custody problem in crypto, which is preventing 100's of billions of institutional investment $$s from flowing into the system
Solution we've architected is a step function above what exists on the market today
The core technology we built our custody product upon is not being targeted at global asset settlement
Engineering at PolySign
We are looking for founding engineers to join our 10-person engineering team. The team operates in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment,. We also operate on the marathon not a sprint
mentality and try to adhere to 40 hour work weeks (though when we have to get something done, we also put int the hours). We use two-week sprints and have daily stand-ups to track issues in Github.
In the current global situation we work remotely but highly leverage video conferencing and chat to stay closely connected including social activities via conferencing. We measure delivery not hours.
Building a private blockchain, innovative methods of doing biometric authentication
Researching blockchain technologies and connecting to the different blockchain ledgers
Working at PolySign

You’ll have access to an unlimited book budget, dedicated time to read, and wonderful mentors who are luminaries in our space - David Schwartz and Arthur Britto.
Support and safety Building great things requires putting yourself out there, which is hard. We support each other no matter what. If you’re excited about something, whether it’s work related or not, please share! Support and safety are how we enable each other to build great things.
Autonomy and freedom At PolySign, every team member is trusted to do their work and not told how to do it. Case in point: our engineering team works from home twice a week. We want you to build and run with your ideas!
Responsibility and impact We’re not maintaining somebody else’s old stack here. Many technical decisions have not been made yet, and you’ll get tons of say in what tools you use how you use them.
