We're a nimble, small team and ship daily to production. We execute on 2 week sprint cycles and quarterly planning for longer term initiatives. We have a few remote team members, so we utilize regular slack stand ups to let keep everyone in sync. We don't have product managers at the moment — engineering works directly with design and operations teams to spec and scope new features. We use Github / Pull Requests to conduct code reviews.
