Role Description

We are seeking a product focused full stack engineer to work closely with design to deliver a digital product to complement our camera system. Ideal candidate will have delivered full stack apps, and have been responsible for working on all parts of the application, and will be able to work cross functionally with many other teams (product, design, and hardware.)

Our current web app uses react, material UI, and react contexts (instead of redux) and is supported by a Python/Flask back end app. Our full stack developer will be responsible for work on both the front end and back end, and possibly idiosyncratic development tasks to support our installed camera system. Generalists, or people excited to learn a variety of skills, are highly encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

Experience with back end frameworks (ideally, Django or Flask - but Node or Rails is also ok) Experience with PostgreSQL Experience deploying full stack applications General front end web development experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript Experience giving feedback to design and product Ability to break down and estimate feature requests (in points or time)

Nice to Haves:

Experience with React/React Native Experience with Python and Flask Some experience setting up servers, or the willingness to learn Ability to mentor junior engineers
