We are at the Pre Seed Stage - our visual platform is ready. The vision is clear. The product has been tested twice earlier with success. We have de-risked the pricing for the SAAS platform. We started fundraising in January 21, and have already received an amazing response!

It's expected to grow 15% in 2021. - Digital/Online Luxury Shopping doubled its share of the market to 23% in 2020 (up by 12% in 2019). It'll exceed 30% by 2025 - becoming the dominant channel for Luxury. - Online Personal Luxury Goods (OPLG) market was €17B (2015), €33B (2019) and will touch €115 Billion in 2025.
There is a need for a more enriching platform in the luxury sector because they feel social platforms are more mass, less class. Also, they focus on width of connect. Spotlit, the world's first experiential platform, focuses on depth of connect.

Engineering at Ra Luxury

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with a demo meeting where each engineer can show off the work they've completed. Engineers typically work with a designer and any other interested parties to spec a feature, then work on the feature individually. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which we often do multiple times a day.

We're building a machine learning system that needs to handle thousands of events per second.
