Role Description
We are looking for a lead Senior Back End Engineer that could evolve into a VP of Engineering role, working closely with our CTO and CEO. Our back end is built on Go, so some Go experience is preferred although not necessary. You will lead our integrations strategy as we connect to thousands of employers across the country. You will work with product and engineering teams to implement quickly and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Our ideal candidate is excited to tackle tough technical challenges and looking for opportunities to contribute to our strategic thinking.
