Engineering at Raise
Our engineering team operates on an informal cycle of sprints, working closely with product and design to conceive, design and deliver features. We tend to work in a lean framework; we ship features when ready and then actively learn, build and iterate.
Working with the newest tech stack to automate and optimize workflows, many of which have never before been digitized. Standardizing and making performant data sourced from APIs, user inputs and offline resources. Delivering solutions for wide-ranging, cross-platform initiatives, from consumer collaboration experiences to financial instruments to a home-grown CRM for our broker team
Example projects could include mobile optimizing the on-tour experience for real estate brokers and their clients
Intelligently suggesting potential office space matches based on client profiles and requirements
Facilitating the workflow of real estate data through various stages of our business operations.
