Engineering at Reach

Engineering team and processes

Our engineering team operates on two week sprint cycles. We have a team of 10 engineers, including our CTO. Each engineer is responsible for a unique component of Reach's development and holds specialized expertise. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are empowered to push code to production. The engineering team is highly collaborative.

Technical Challenges

Currently, we are busy refining Reach's compiler to enable the built-in advanced security and safety features required of high value contracts typical of large enterprises. In other words, our engineering team is getting Reach ready for B2B sales.
