As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of the product team, you will work with product managers, the engineering team and designers to impact the core of the Ready platform experience. In this role, you will Obsessively understand the needs of our customers, including higher education institutions' students and administrators. Lead Product Discussions, partnering with senior leaders worldwide to ensure that the customer's needs are met. Support the launch of products and features from beginning to end of their lifecycle. Define and execute the product growth roadmap to increase customer engagement and retention Identify new monetization opportunities within the new markets and the existing customer base Build documentation to launch new features in collaboration with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Experience Manage the product team and collaborate with the designers, engineers, data scientists and marketers to generate innovative customer-oriented solutions Partner with team lead engineers in running and planning sprints Leverage product data, analytics and research to frame and prioritize initiatives Define, Track and Report product goals to track and measure product metrics focusing on constant improvement.

You should have 4+ years relevant experience as a Product Manager Strong knowledge of digital product funnels, user segmentation, A/B testing, and general frameworks for product growth A genuine excitement for solving customer problems In-depth understanding of Agile development A proven track record for full lifecycle product development, developing products from concept to launch on a large scale Effective Stakeholder management Desire to use data to inform product decisions Hands-on analytical, problem-solving, quantitative modelling and measurement skills Product Management experience with Enterprise SaaS or Platform Product Management is a bonus Cross-functional team management experience is a plus
