Our mission is to connect and empower the world through payments. We're a B2B2C SaaS company and officially launched in November 2014. Since then we've grown to 250 remote-first employees.
We’re profitable since launch and did around 2 billion in transactions in 2019.
100% YoY increase in headcount and ARR (annual recurring revenue) each of the last two years (2018 & 2019) We've achieved our ARR goals for the year by Q3 and are rapidly scaling the business.
Our Product and Engineering departments are around 100 ReChargers. Cross functional teams consist of Software Engineers, SDETs, Designers, and Product Managers working across Feature, API, Platform, Infrastructure and Analytics teams. Teams obsessively focus on customers and use agile kanban methodology to collaborate and improve the platform. Our API focused payments and billing platform is built on Python/Flask with Vue.js on the front end.
Our stack includes: Python, Flask, Jinja, ES6, Vue.js, Sass, Webpack, Redis, Docker, GCP, Terraform, Ansible, Nginx, Snowflake, Looker, Matillion
We’re interested in candidates looking to drive impact in a remote role and want to work on our technical architecture - regardless of their prior technical experience.
ReCharge is using some of the most recent tools, frameworks, architectures, and languages available, providing engineers an opportunity to operate in an environment with a relevant tech stack and level up or continue to improve on their own engineering experience.
Cloud native, python, serverless, GCP.
We love our remote culture and the leadership team cares deeply about our people. We strive to have an inclusive culture and kept our scrappy DNA as we scaled.
