Engineering at Reconstruction US
We are in a typical agile process...that takes two weeks. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features. Engineers work with a designer, a product owner, and a senior product manager to spec features, then work on the feature individually (typically). We pull tickets using our PM management tool. All engineers are empowered to push code to production.
We are building data systems to incorporate rich data from all aspects of the user experience to influence the product. We are building waitlist systems. We want to build the Uber Black
of digital learning.
You would be working on our two-sided market place to match classes with students interested in taking them.
You would build our subscription model and offerings.
You would integrate our learning management system so that all our tutors have access to course materials, videos, and so on. We also need to build integrations with Clever and other known providers.
You will be adding asynchronous learning opportunities to our platform behind our subscription paywall.
