Engineering at Redbooth
Our engineering team operates on week-long cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss the previous cycle's accomplishments and the goals for the next one. Engineers work with our product team and designers to spec a feature. Engineers are responsible for the technical design of more involved projects, planning the implementation and release of the features they own, and working with other engineers as necessary to complete large features. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code and design reviews.

- Maintaining a highly scalable architecture on our servers and client to supply our ever-growing user base with the best experience possible
- Ensuring all of the features our users want are available cross-platform, so they have access to Redbooth, anytime, anywhere.
- Creating a seamless testing and deployment pipeline across our many applications to streamline our releases and make deploying our code as easy as possible.
Add support for new features and workflows like tagging tasks, creating reports, and providing workspace level chat functionality.
Build new features that leverage information about how customers complete tasks to drive recommendations for assignees and due dates.
Revamp onboarding workflows to increase engagement and satisfaction.
