REDIST empowers our commercial real estate industry users to search, value and understand the incentive programs their buildings are eligible for and then intelligently develop a public financing plan that works for them and their specific priorities. We are streamlining applications and approvals through a technology-enabled process management system and are building out our internal platform for users to be able to leverage their future tax credits for current capital. Underlying all of this is our custom-developed educational content that allows users to conveniently learn through a variety of media about the power of public financing. Together, these features democratize access to innovative building capitalization.

Led by CTO/CPO who is the co-founder and a full-stack engineer and includes another full-stack engineer who was our earliest full-time employee. Have 2 product jams per week and work around 2 months development cycles
