RelicX is a Customer Experience (CX) Driven DevOps solution that answers the simple but yet very difficult question: is my release solid enough not to break any critical customer flows? Or what will be the user impact of a broken flow in my staging when it is released to production? RelicX learns the customer behavioral patterns by monitoring live user interactions and uses AI/ML to automatically test the new release to provide a risk score for the release based on the user impact of the issues discovered.

You will be joining our stellar founding engineering team comprising IITians, Stanford-ians, and Berkeley-ites.
Engineering at RelicX, Inc
Our engineering team operates on weekly cycles. Each cycle begins with a meeting to discuss time estimates for features, and ends with a demo where each engineer can showcase the work they have completed. Engineers typically work with architects, product managers, designers, and the CTO to spec a feature and then work on the feature independently. We use Pull Requests on GitHub to conduct code reviews. All engineers are also empowered to push code to production, which may happen several times a day.
Our product leverages ML to learn application usage from real user activity, and automatically generate source code and provide visual validation of what is correct behavior.
You will work on developing ML algorithm to analyze incoming user session stream and extract representative set of user flows. This involves analysis of unstructured user event streams to identify significant usage patterns of interest. Automatic code generation approaches similar to GPT-3, and advanced image classification for judging the quality of a pre-release environment based on production quality.
You will be building a large-scale real-time data ingestion framework, with streaming analytics of User activity tracked across multiple customers, highly visible consumer or business applications. Additionally, you will get a chance to work with Data Scientist / ML engineers to perform sophisticated behavior analytics based on the incoming user session stream at a very large scale, as well as storing data into a scalable backend with fast analytics. And you will be responsible for running multiple streaming pipelines performing data transformation, analysis, summarization.
You will be building a delightful No Code AI assisted development platform that will make the hardest and most tedious task of writing test code a breeze to work with. RelicX proprietary AI engine can generate test source code from customer experience analytics, and your platform will make it enterprise ready and delightfully easy for developers and CEOs alike.
