We created the code challenges for candidates to understand how candidate will work during development. So we can have better understanding if candidate is a good fit. We can also understand the how candidate manage time and how creativity is candidate. e.g. creating video chat for happy hour for internal team which is our first frontend test for developer. These developers then become our core team members in Remo engineering.
