We're a small team and everyone has broad responsibilities. We hate process for the sake of process. We set high level quarterly goals (team-wide process) and take a loosely agile approach with week-long goals sprints and weekly demos. We put product updates in front of customers every 1-2 days.
You’ll be building out a central nervous system for our customers by connecting to and translating from heterogeneous data sources; developing high-scale systems that classify and give meaning to our customers’ activities; and building interfaces to give our customers a “spidey sense” of trends in their business before problems become emergencies.
We offer our customers the option to grant us limited access to their email communication. How do we help them understand how much effort they put into supporting their existing customers? How should we attribute internal communication to their client? How can we do this in real-time?
You might work on a UI to let our clients understand which of their customers take up the most time from the engineering or support team.
