Our engineering team operates on loosely coupled two-week cycles, however we favor flexibility in prioritization over detailed planning. Cycles generally begin with a meeting to discuss . Engineers typically work with interested parties to spec a feature and then work on the feature individually. We use GitLab with code reviews and engineers can push code to development.
