We are a small, tight-knit engineering team. Our engineers work across the full-stack and work on both our student-facing consumer application and our B2B enterprise application. We are a user-centric company, building solutions that look and feel amazing to the end user. We move extremely quickly and deploy features daily.

Technical Challenges

We are building a machine learning system that ranks assigns a fit score for every candidate and role on our platform. We are also simultaneously building a consumer application for our candidates to track their job status and an enterprise SaaS application for recruiters.
